ShiSoH Studio

is a wanderer who delves into the everyday, analyzing the underlying mechanisms that shape us and our societies.

As a visual narrator, she relies on a strong foundation in drawing and hands-on making, conveying urgency through storytelling with a touch of realistic oneirism.

Food is her core theme—ShiSoH focuses on the malleability and fluidity of tradition, conducting her research through sketches on production, habits, customs, and identity. These images are translated into tangible projects, resulting in playful and dynamic aesthetics that suggest a sensory experience to the audience.

ShiSoH Sketch

is known for a versatile and adaptive drawing style—a sketchbook has never left her side. Her curious, observational eyes seek out details without overcrowding the page.

Working across diverse mediums, she captures dynamism, movement, and atmospheric moments of daily delight. Her practice combines field research-driven visual reportage, as seen in her book <주홍색 별들의 시간> (The Time of Orange Stars) (2025).

Alongside her design practice, she teaches art classes, facilitates creative workshops, and leads guest masterclasses.

Based in the Netherlands.
